Important announcements:
Club's By laws are being re-written and will be voted on the next general meeting (November) by the membership. A copy of this proposal is next to the current one (scroll down) for inspection.
NOTE: The PDF files require Acrobat reader installed on your PC. You can download this from Adobe. The Word documents can be read with Word program or other similar programs, such as Open Office. If you cannot view any of these documents, please contact one of the board members (under "contacts"). Either way, one of us can get you the information in "text" format as a last resort.

Meetings:
Monthly Club Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of the month except July and August. Held at Spokane Community College, building 1 ( old main ). Meeting rooms vary in location, so look for the "VHF Club" signs. They start at 1830 (6:30 p.m.)Nets:
We have a net on the 146.88 repeater every Wednesday night at 1930 (local) (7:30pm).

The U-High Student Net also has nets on the 145.21 repeater, every evening at 1900 (7:00 p.m.) Steve, the instructor of the U-High class, gave us a very interesting talk on his work with the Amateur Radio License Class. Please check in to support his students.

For all classes will be held in the same place before the general VHF Club meeting at 1700 (5:00 p.m.) Please contact Mary AA7RT (509) 991-2192 or email AA7RT@arrl.netAnother note: As of February 23rd 2007, the 5 WPM Morse code requirement was officially removed from the Amateur Radio Service Part 97 rules.
