The hidden transmitter rules

The Fox will use the frequency of 146.540 MHz. The hunters will listen on that one and can talk to other hunters on 146.580MHz with the 146.880/280 repeater for backup. The Fox must be located anywhere inside the boundary of the city of Spokane as long as a Corvette can go to the same place. This is the Corvette rule. All FCC rules apply as well as all traffic laws. Fox must transmit, as least for one (1) minute with pauses no longer than two (2) minutes in case someone needs to get in contact with the Fox. Remember to identify every 10 minutes per FCC rules. First hunter to find the Fox WINS. That person then is the Fox for the next hunt.
